The SunDogs women earned a win at their first PAC League game of the season against Prairie Pilots. The Pilots traveled to Great Plains College in Swift Current and put up a strong fight against the Dogs; pushing the game to four sets (26-24, 25-22, 20-25, 25-14).
There was a great crowd and the gym was loud.
Games continued in Swift Current on Sunday as the Burman Bobcats battled the snow to compete against the Great Plains College SunDogs.
The women’s volleyball teams met on the court first for three solid sets. The SunDogs dominated all three to take the win (25-22, 25-15, 25-23).
The men’s volleyball battle extended to four sets with the Bobcats taking the win (25-22, 23-25, 25-19, 25-14).
There were some great long rallies and some impressive smashes on the court. The gym was “lit up” for both games with great crowds.
