The Great Plains SunDogs played host to the Prairie Pilots Saturday at Great Plains College.
The first game demonstrated how competitive the PAC girls were from both teams. Very few balls hit the floor and the strength at the net was impressive in all five sets. The SunDogs pulled out on top as they took the game in 5 sets (25-21, 19-25, 25-11, 16-25, 16-14).
The Pilots took the men’s game in three sets however, the SunDogs put up a great fight in all three sets with tight scores in the last two sets (25-14, 25-21, 25-23).
The Great Plains SunDogs took on the Burman Bobcats Sunday at Great Plains College. The Bobcats travelled from Lacome, Alberta to compete in some action packed PAC volleyball.
The SunDogs women fought hard but, lost their game in 5 sets (25-19, 25-14, 27-25, 25-14, 15-8).
The SunDog men battled hard but, in the end, the Bobcats swept the game in 3 sets (25-18, 25-21, 25-21).
