The Prairie Pilots made their way out for their 2nd Saskatchewan trip of the season as they stopped in Pambrun on Friday and Saturday to play the Edge. Both teams came in with aspirations of staying in the tight race for a top playoff spot at the PAC Championships. The women started of with a bang as teams traded points back and forth. The Prairie women outlasted the Millar Edge winning their first match of the weekend 3 sets to 1 (25-12, 23-25, 25-20, 25-16).
The rematch came on Saturday morning as the Millar Edge ladies tried to split the weekend series. Things kept the mould of the previous match as the first set went to the Pilots 32-30. The Millar ladies responded with a set win of their own before the Pilots followed the way of the match the night before winning 3 sets to 1 (32-30, 22-25, 25-14, 25-16)

The Men’s games were a little more one sided as the Millar men, who have only lost two games all season, kept with their strong play. Friday night saw the Millar men win in 3 sets ( 25-17, 25-13, 25-17) and they continued this on Saturday winning again in 3 sets (25-22, 25-15, 25-15).
